I want you to love your hair! If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with the result, please let me know within 48 hours of your appointment. I'm happy to offer a complimentary adjustment where needed.
While I don't offer monetary refunds, I’ll always do my best to make things right. Please note that I can’t guarantee a re-do if you’ve had colour or treatments applied elsewhere after your appointment. Also, I can’t offer adjustments if you’ve simply changed your mind about the style or colour you originally requested.

Deposits
A non-refundable £50 deposit is required for appointments that are 2 hours or more.
Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service price.
No shows will be charged at the full service price.
Patch testing
All new clients must receive an allergy test at least 48 hours before a colour service.
